The magic that the video DSLR cameras offer is their large sensor that allows me to capture a narrower depth of field. This allows me to isolate a subject to give the scene more of a "filmic" look. I use my DSLR to capture amazing B-roll footage, as well as one-on-one interviews. The DSLR does not replace my video camera but gives me a second video camera for more creative control. It also is great for taking recovery shot photos and pictures of my family and friends. -Michael Hunsucker, Heartland Bowhunters
